There's a lot to be Thankful for with Chef Juan's Thanksgiving Day Menu

Chef Juan Cruz and Restaurant Manager Erik Reusch hope to welcome you for Thanksgiving.

The Thanksgiving Holiday Menu at Flippers on the Bay provides delectable options to appease the palate of traditional turkey enthusiast plus enticing dishes of ham and pork.  Chef Juan Cruz’s three-course menu features choices of appetizer (soup du Jour or house salad), entrée and desserts. The resort’s award-winning a la carte menus is also available.

Cost is $19 for adults; $12 for children

Entrees include:   Oven Roasted Turkey served with classic house-made stuffing, cranberry sauce and garlic mashed potato; or Pineapple Honey Glazed Ham, served with mashed sweet potato, cranberry sauce and a pineapple chutney; or Macadamia Encrusted Pork Tenderloin, served with steamed yuca mojito style and blue lake bean almondine.  For dessert, the Classic Pumpkin Pie or a Warm Apple pie a la mode is a perfect ending to this holiday meal.
