Where: Miromar Design Center • Estero
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER MARLA OTTENSTEIN TO SPEAK AT MIROMAR DESIGN CENTER'S HOME DESIGN SHOW NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 9, 2012) Naples-based professional organizer and Naples Daily News' "Get Organized" columnist Marla Ottenstein will be presenting a seminar called "Get Organized: Clean your closets and dress like a French woman." The seminar, which is scheduled to run during the design center's 3-day Home Design Show (Thurs., Feb. 2 through Sat., Feb. 4, 2012), will run for 45 minutes and will include an interactive question and answer discussion further exploring organizing problems and solutions. Ottenstein, who in November 2011 spoke to a record-breaking crowd of 244 people at the Miromar Design Center, anticipates another sold-out event and urges attendees to register online as early as possible. Ottenstein, who specializes in organizing homes and offices throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, North Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Marco Island, has developed a comprehensive presentation, which focuses on how to declutter and organize your closets, garages and offices to how to responsibly and safely dispose of the stuff that complicates and clutters our homes, offices and lives. The lecture will cover such topics as how to organize your life by organizing your wardrobe, how to maximize wardrobe selection and minimize fashion frustration; how to be chic, shop "smart" and dress like a French woman; how to decide what you can and can't live without and how to creatively dispose of all the "stuff". Ottenstein, who is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), writes the bi-monthly column "Get Organized" for The Naples Daily News. She is also an experienced public speaker who lectures at the Naples campus of FGCU's Renaissance Academy on how to get organized and how to downsize. Attendees are invited to enjoy a complimentary array of delectable fresh-baked cupcakes courtesy of Professional Organizer Florida and Kelly Livingston of Kelly Kakes, LLC of Naples. For more information about Ottenstein or her company, Professional Organizer Florida, please visit www.ProfessionalOrganizerFlorida.com or call 239.597.6277.
